How it works
BUY THE BRATISLAVA CARD...
IN PERSON
You can buy the card at the Tourist Information Centre and at selected sales points. The card will be activated by the staff according to your requirements or you can activate it by yourself by filling in the data legibly on the reverse side of the card.
ONLINE
Buy the card from the comfort of your home at bratislavacard.com and, upon arrival, exchange the printed voucher for a plastic card at one of three collection points. The voucher does not serve as the plastic or digital card and no discounts can be applied to it. Optionally, activate your card as a digital one by entering the assigned card number into the Bratislava CARD application.
DIGITAL CARD
Get your digital card in a few easy clicks by downloading the free Bratislava CARD application for iOS or Android. Activate the card right before its first use by entering the card number into the application. The application also works in an offline mode. The digital card cannot be swapped to the plastic one. HOW TO USE THE BRATISLAVA CARD
Present yourself with the card in all establishments in advance or you may be refused the discount. When travelling in the city, only show the card to a ticket inspector upon request. In the regional public transport, show the card to a bus driver or a train conductor.
